Horribly. I called on Monday 7/13 to schedule an appointment to meet at the facility to discuss the work. The person informed me that he would call me on Tuesday 7/14 to schedule the appointment for Wednesday. Never got a call back on Tuesday...ok, No problem. I called back on Wednesday morning asking about Tuesday's call, "Maybe I missed the call". Joseph informed me that I didn't miss the call, He was just tied up with some training. Again..ok, well can we meet today since that was the initial plan. Joseph sure, just let me know what time. I called Joseph about 1 hr later....can we meet at 2 pm. Joseph replied, Yes, I'll be out and about. At 1:45 pm, I'm at the location. ( I'm very punctual! ) At 2:15 pm, I call Joseph....Hey, are we still on? Joseph...yes at 2:30. Me...Ok, see you then. 3:00 pm, No Joseph....No phone call,...No anything! Please do not use this service. If they don't have enough accountability for potential customers, you can imagine how they will treat you once they get your money!!! I Will not recommend them to anyone!!!!

Excellent service. Very responsive to all requests for information and scheduling. Service was accomplished ahead of schedule and solved the problem for a very reasonable cost. I have found my new plumbing company in Albany.

Office staff friendly and keep us informed when they would be able to do the job. Metro completed the job within a week of calling, even though the storm had everyone very busy. Would use there services again.

MetroPower came to my rescue when the water pipes beneath my slab burst. They came out promptly to give me an estimate and the job was completed shortly thereafter. The plumbers were efficient, extremely courteous, and did a great job of cleaning afterwards. Kudos to this company for its fantastic business model.

Mr. Sizemore sent two trucks and four guys out. It took them a little while to find out where the blockage was, but they cleared the lines, replaced both toilet valves and installed a filter on the well so this couldn't happen again. They were very professional and knowledgeable and I would absolutely recommend them and will use them again.

The experience was excellent. They were on time and always do a good job. I don't have to ask them to come back and fix anything that they didn't do correctly.
