Description of Work: I called another air conditioning company to check my unit. They didn't come when they said they would, so I made arrangements to get my unit checked with Leesburg Air. I asked if they would come as late in the afternoon as possible, or call me and give me 20 min to get home. I get a voicemail around 2:10 telling me that the technician was at my house. I called them back and was told that the technician left. I scheduled for them to come the next day and took the day off. I was told they would come between 10:00-10:30. At 11:30, they had not come, so I called. I was told that I was next on the list. I got a call at 2:45 that the technician was on his way. He got there around 3:00, checked my unit, said it was fine, and charged me $65.00. My receipt says "service fee" and the amount, but there is no business name, address - nothing indicating who did what (and this is for an insurance claim). Well, apparently there was a mix-up, and the first air conditioning company that I had called came and checked my unit the next day. They replaced a burned out contact and charged me $215.00. I called Leesburg Air to see why they said my unit was fine, and another company found an issue the next day. The woman who I spoke with who seemed to think my name was "sweetie" said that contacts can burn out any time. I asked her, "Did you really believe that the contact burned out the next day?" She told me that they can, and she would let me speak with the service manager. I held on the line. She came back and said that the service manager was on another line, trying to locate the technician, and he would call me back. I NEVER got a call. And, I had paid at the time of service.... So, if you are looking for a reliable company with good customer service skills, I recommend that you keep looking.....

I called Leesburg air and a tech was at my house quickly at very little cost. unfortunately he could not fix the problem the same day but did go out of his way to install a window unit for me. I will never use anyone else for service. they are honest folks who truly care about their customers

Description of Work: The fan blowing but no cool air. They repaired the unit. I was concerned about the age of the unit and told them I thought I would need an estimate for a new unit. They were HONEST and told me that the unit would last a lot longer! :) That was wonderful news!

Description of Work: heat was not working-called leesburg air on a saturday - they were there in less than one hour-found breaker burnt up replaced and rewired in less than 2 hours

Description of Work: Had a unit I bought from this company, and when I called (approximately 1 year later) Labor wasn't covered under Warranty. To top it off, Owner admitted to me in Person that thay weren't that familiar with the "new" refrigerant systems being used, and often had to call manufacturer to try and remedy a problem. My Unit had a leak, and when they came back for about the 5th time, they charged me for the Refrigerant (again), which was about $30.00 per gallon (hold 7-9 Gallons). In 4 days the Unit was out of refrigerant again. Had to call a "legitimate: company to fix the problem. Not only that, but come to find out the Unit was suppose to be a 2.5 ton (which was on my receipt of purchase) , but the actual size was a 2 ton (on the Unit itself). These people are nice, but have no idea how to fix your problems. BUY a unit elsewhere. Get a Unit SERVICED elsewhere/ This way you can save time, money and aggravation.

Description of Work: We had to heat and called Leesburg Air and they came out immediately to check our system. Found several things wrong and due to the age of our unit we decided to install a new unit. Mr. Howard worked with us and got the correct size unit for our home. From the minute they answered the phone I have experience a very professional caring staff.

Description of Work: Signed an annual maintenance agreement after using their services a few times. They have always been very prompt and thorough.

Description of Work: When they came out, they found that the switch was not working. So they replaced with a new one, also explained things to look for that we could do our self.
