+ 2 moreThey told me too many excuses why they couldn't get things done. Their pricing could have been a lot better than what I paid for.
Description of Work: I used Home Depot to remodel my kitchen. They hired somebody within their system. They tore down the whole kitchen and got rid of it. They had to build the drywall and install the cabinets as well as the hot water heater.

+ -1 moreI think the above statement is about all that happened. I made the purchase without the discount, however, I cancelled my account with Home Depot and will probably not use them again.
Description of Work: I was refused my military discount at the Albany GA store. The check-out person said that "building supplies" are not eligible for the discount. I was purchasing 1/4"drywall,along with nails, tape etc., to redo the walls in the bedroom of my home. I asked for the discount because Home Depot advertises that they will honor any discount or price from any competitor and I told them that Lowe's gives the discount. I was still refused the discount. I think this should be made known...that Home Depot makes false promises.
