Description of Work: Virus removal,System updated to latest version of Windows. System tweaked to run efficiently. I was given an information/instruction sheet on steps to prevent Malware and Adware infections. Dave and his wife were very personable and professional. They were helpful and informative. I've called Dave's business once to clarify running C-Cleaner. I've been totally satisfied with his service.

 + -1 moreSurprisingly, Dave was able to restore the power source, diagnose virus(s) that may have contributed to the problem, clean my computer and have it ready within two days. My HP had crashed twice before. The Operating System had been restored by another service provider and crashed again within 2 months. Dave was recommended to me and did the 2nd restore that kept my computer running another 2 years. When it crashed again, I knew me had experience with my computer, which is roughly 5 years old now. When it crashed this time, I really thought it was done, not even a blinking light. I started shopping for a new computer.
Description of Work: Replace the power source on my HP desktop computer.

 + -1 moreI have used Dave for years. He is always willing to answer my questions. Sometimes in more detail then I need, if you know what I mean. He's a lot faster than the others in town. I had used a company that has changed it's name twice and they always took a month or longer. I have never had to wait more than a week with Dave, I was waiting on shipping time on a part ordered. We also use him at my work, a church, and he's excellent there as well.
Description of Work: Over the years, I've had screen replacement on my laptop and iPhone, virus removal, and data recovery. He didn't work on my pandigital tablet, said he wasn't familiar with that company. But that shows honesty to me.

Description of Work: Had viruses on pc and DVD drive wasn't working. Dave had my computer repaired and the DVD drive replaced in two days. He also updated the system and corrected some issues I wasn't aware of. The pc runs like new and much faster than before. He answered all my questions and even recommended a replacement pc for my niece. He was about $40 to $50 cheaper than other quotes I got.
