Description of Work: I have leaks in the sunroom, water running over the gutters that were installed and flowing back into the sunroom underneath the air condition. I have called several times to have repairs done by them and I am always told that I am on the waiting list. I have also sent a written request. How do I get my money back? I am seeking legal help. The work was done and I cannot use the room as needed .

+ 0 moreOverall, I am very dissatisfied...wish I had my old roof back, it didnt leak; just hails damage.
Description of Work: I had a roof over my patio replaced approximately 18 months ago. It has leaked ever since.... The company has come out on several occasions claiming to have fixed the leaks. They even said they brought in the manufacturer for suggestions. Now they are requiring a $75.00 fee to return to complete a problem that has never been fixed. Total cost for the completion was over $5000.00 but my portion after insurance was $500.00This sounds like insurance fraud to me... I would not recommend this company for any construction or repairs, to any one...I am very disappointed and now have to go to the expense for legal costs.

+ -1 moreThese people were the best I ever did business with. The next day they came back and corrected it; it wasn’t their mistake. It was the way we set it in the corner and the door was open. I called them up, they came, they took the door out, and they put it in. They opened it up the other way; the correct way. I will recommend these people to anyone. I have never bought anything before so I don’t know about the price. I would say that I could afford it so the price wasn’t a big deal. So far the quality has been excellent. They told me they would call me at 8 in the morning and he called me at 8 in the morning. They went above and beyond. I am really satisfied with these people.
Description of Work: We bought an outside tool shed from Mr. Steve Daniels. They put it up, it was the wrong way, I called them back, and they came back the next day; and they corrected it. The tool shed was an 8X8 and it all aluminum; the whole installation and everything$1075.

+ -1 moreThe job was completed in an acceptable time frame, however after installation. the roof of the assembly where it connected to house roof had consistent leaks. The company was called out three times to fix problem. After a fourth call it took two weeks for their secretary to call and ask for directions to our home. Keep in mind this is the largest patio/carport they had built to date. They never showed up and we called them with our grievance. We told them we were going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and the local Albany, GA news station. Their answer was, "go ahead and call." This lack of courtesy and negligence in workmanship was totally unacceptable and I highly advise consumers not to use this company for the reason stated above.
Description of Work: Aluminum patio and carport with concrete pad. The dimensions were 28' by 52'. The porch was screened in.
