Description of Work: They maintain our gas tank to the house and refill it. It's been seamless. They show up, fill the tank and leave. We get the bill when they leave, because they hang it on the door. Very easy. |

 + -1 moreThey had genuine customer service. They were very helpful when they dropped it off. We actually had an issue because I got locked out of my house and he kept me company and tried to help me get in the house until my fiance arrived. He talked to me the whole time and was a real nice person. He is the cheapest gas in our area.

 + -1 moreThis Company saved us from so many problems. They gave one estimate and stuck to it, regardless of having to put in 2 different fireplaces, because THEY wanted it right. Readjusted the venting 2 or 3 times. Helped with reframing. And then came back out with additional fittings to make our Rennai even safer, like we would have known if they hadn't. They came out several times to make things right to their high ideals. They were prompt, thourough, compassionate, Real Christians by their actions not bible verses. I cannot reccomend this company high enough. We continue to obtain our propane gas tank and gas from them. We are a customer for life. This was the ONLY time something was done on our new home build that we thought we should have paid them a little more. These are great guys!
Description of Work: We were building a new custom home with what turned out to be an unscrupulous home builder by the name of VanCleave. However, when Modern Gas could not or would not come up with a Fireplace solution that would overcome the mistake of our builders placement and also install a Rennai Gas water system, we found Bates Gas Co. on our own. They installed a vented gas 2 sided Fireplace and a Rennai Gas Water heater, perfectly, no problems nearly 2 years later.
