 + -1 moreAlways used B&B electric. Great folks great work but this time not good at all. Was charged an extreme amount of money to install a $22.00 light switch. $ 337.19. Didn't have the part on his truck so charged me to go back to town and come back to my home. Didnt know that I had to pay for the man to go shop for a part. I will never use this company again.

water heater repair, electrician
 + 0 moreWater heater stopped working on Saturday, I drained tank and checked for calcium deposits, found very little in bottom of tank. Replaced both top and bottom heating elements and still no hot water. Replaced both top and bottom thermostats, and still no hot water. Called Band B Electric and Lee came out to the house within an 1 hour and 30 minutes of calling him. checked wire terminations and found one wire was incorrectly placed, when he properly terminated wire, hot water! Returned un-needed parts and have great hot water all the time.
Description of Work: Lee from B&B Electric determined a wire for the thermostat for the water heater was incorrectly terminated.

 + -1 moreSteve was very professional, the rest of his crew was not as professional nor as attentive to detail as Steve was. Steve spent as much time as we needed to understand our problems and to investigate the best way to improve the situation. In addition, his expertise with generators and his personal experience with them made our choice and installation as smooth as possible. He got us information to compare and we discussed other people's experiences. In addtion, he coordinated with our electric company as well as our choice for propane delivery. This was an extensive improvement and Steve kept us informed every step of the way. Highly recommend B and B and especially Steve for all electrical work. Their price was competitive and they clean up after they are done with their work.
Description of Work: We needed some electrical work completed as well as evaluate, order and install a home generator. The electrical work had to be done because a previous company had done such a poor job and left us with many electrical 'glitches'. Lights didn't work, switches were dead and electrical boxes were not labeled.
