Will use again....A++++++..They could not have been anymore professional and polite...Great company. Also this is my daughters home and I am helping her. I relied on Angies List exclusively to find them...They were everything that everyone on the list has said and more....Definitely deserve the A++++ rating.
Description of Work: They were wonderful...they fixed a bathtub leak. They also put new insides an another toilet....They were very efficient. and pleasant and obviously knew their profession

 + -1 moreThey were here within one hour of my call. The technicians called in advance of their arrival and came right away. There were two technicians, both very polite. The problems were fixed within 15 minutes. The company does not bill. They invoice you at the time of the work. They were professional with everything they needed on the truck. I'd definitely use them again. I was extremely pleased that I could get such a quick response!

Description of Work: I have used this company frequently. I had them replace all the faucets in my kitchen and bathrooms. As always, they called before coming and were prompt. They started the job and finished that day and was friendly and professional. I would certainly recommend them.

Description of Work: I have used Another Plumbing Co twice in the past. Once they repaired my sewer pipe from my house to my septic tank. The second time they went under my house to repair some damaged water pipes and replace a faucet for my bathroom sink. The same guy came each time. His name is Tommy. Tommy was very professional, He called me as he was on the way to let me know when he would arrive. Once he began working he was very fast and non stop. This company does an outstanding job, and the rates are reasonable.

Description of Work: Air bubbles in lines, and leaking faucets. Fixed faucets, and at least temporarily fixed the air bubbles. A few days after they left, the pipes starting spewing again.

 + -1 moreThe woman answering the phone repeated that they do not give estimates and that they bill hourly. What I found to be most offensive was her assertion was that they would do that they had to do in order to fix the leak -- even if that meant cutting the paneling as much as possible. When I again asked if someone could at least come out and discuss with me how the job would be handled, where cuts would be necessary, and help me understand what would need to be done. She said that they did not do that, but that she would be happy to let me speak to someone else, who could help me understand that they weren't going to do that. I told her that wasn't necessary and hung up.
Description of Work: I contacted Another Plumbing Company regarding a leaking faucet in our bathroom. I asked if someone could come out and give me an estimate, as well as discuss the process that they would use to protect the 1" thick 60+ year-old pine paneling on the reverse side of the wall.

Description of Work: They replaced a pipe in bathroom sink that had decayed inside of main connecting drain pipe, checked toilet flushing mechanism and advised, fixed other sink drain stopper system.
