Suppose to start in November, 2014, Did not start till January 2015 Ordered Supplies, (Wood, Bricks, Mortar, Nails, Siding, Shingles) in 2014, Delivered and left in unprotected area, no covering for 3 months: Rain, Ice, Mud. Footing Subs finally showed up and would not work because the supplies were in muddy areas. They sat around for two days, did nothing, charged for labor and left. Did not grade the construction area to spec. Sent crews out to do jobs , the crew was nor proficient in performing. Framing crew cut Roof Joist incorrectly and fixed the mistake by sliding OSB between the Rafters and Ridgeboard Siding crew had no experience or did not care how they installed Hardy Board Siding. Spacing, Cuts, Placement of Boards was incorrect and had to be corrected by another crew, twice. Roofing crew failed to correctly nail the OSB to the Rafters and had what the Inspector referred to as "SHINERS" in over a quarter of the roof. The shingles were not nailed properly and Buckled, another crew had to attempt to correct and left the shingles still buckled in the Hope the sun would correct the problem The Footing was laid two concrete blocks high and the vents were placed at Grade. When it Rains, water flows through the vents and under the house, resulting in a Moisture problem yet to be corrected The Septic tank was placed at a point Higher than the Drain line and a Pump was installed to move the sewage water to the septic tank and onto the Drain field. This incurred more expense. The paint on the house is not the color picked out. Failed the first and second Building Inspection in all areas. Finished the job and left a sewage drain unconnected under the house. Signed off on placing a Specified Vapor barrier in the crawl space area and only laid a 10x 10 foot section. Installed the AC Ducting in the crawl space without adequate insulation. And for good measure the Company wants to charge thousands of dollars to the Homebuilder above what they signed a contract.
