They tried to collect for service that they never attempted to do and waisted two weeks of my time. We tried to call to find out status of computer. Recording said to leave number and they would call back. They did not call. Went by shop, Sign said out on service call two days in a row. One week later, picked up computer. When we plugged it in, it did not power up. Took it back. Was told power supply cable was bad and had been replaced. Opened computer cover and ask to show me the new part. The computer had not been blown out, The part that was pointed to was covered in dust. The screws holding the power supply was covered in dust. Nothing had been done to the computer. I was told, "Must have blown another coupling. It will take two weeks to order a new one." I managed to get my check back after stating that I would "see them in court."
Description of Work: Was to replace power supply.

First off it took over a month for them to build it. They couldn't get Windows 7 to work for us (which we never received the product key for) The computer was crashing often and blue screening from day 1. Took it back they put Windows XP (never received the product key for XP either) in made a few other adjustments. Got it home and still had problems here and there with it. I was promised an "awesome" gaming computer and found out later there was soooo much wrong with it. I tried to get my money back not even a month into this and they refused....
Description of Work: built a gaming computer for me
