+ -1 moreThey came out the fist thing in the morning and they where working under my house they had found a water leak. They had to stop so I could get that fixed. When I did I called them to let them know it was fixed they were out two days later in the morning and finished the job. I don't go under my house, but what I can see they did a very nice job. My termite man has been under my house and he told me it is very dry under there. So the system that Adams put in for me is working very well. I have had water problems and wets ground problems for a long time. I had Southern Comfort and to find out that they put in the wrong kind of dehumidification unit in. Adams corrected that and put in the right kind for me. They did a great job and I am happy with what they did.
Description of Work: We had a disagreement at first, but Adams and I got that settled and I had them put in an under the house dehumidification system. .

Mr. Jeff "Bodine" Sinyard told me he was not going to work on my system for he didn't know anything about it even though he has hired a gentleman that put in the unit for me under Southern Climate Solutions. All he wanted me to do is buy one of his systems and I told him it an't going to happen for I can't afford to buy a new one for over 1,000.00 dollars. He had a rotten attitude for someone that is running a business like that kind.
Description of Work: I was informed by Southern Climate Solutions that Adams Exterminators has taken over my contract for my dehumididications systems service for under my house. Adams was asked to contact Southern Climate Solutions customers to inspect my system and establish a service agreement with me. I had to call them and I was told by Jeff "Bodine" Sinyard himself that he was not going to service it , that they didn't know anything about my system even though he employed the gentleman from Southern Climate Solutions that had put in my unit. I asked if he would send out the gentleman and so far nothing has happen. The unit right now is not work and I need it working. All he talked about was trying to get me to buy one of his unit for over 1,000.00 dollars and I told him I could not afford it and I wanted mine to start working again. With him refusing to do anything for me I am stuck. I will not deal with this company and With his attitude I will never deal with him. Think twice before dealing with Adams. I paid a whole year for my service and I still have a few months to go with the contract and I feel he broke the contract so I want the rest of my money back. Poor relationship with new customers.

+ -1 moreI've used them for probably 18 years or so and they're reliable. I don't have pest. I don't have cockroaches or any kind of pest. Whatever they do works and I have pets and I raised my children in this house and I have a grandchild and the product they use is safe.
Description of Work: I use the pest control services of Adams Exterminators. I have a termite bond with them. They come and they spray the house every month and they also spray my office every month.

+ -1 moreThe overall experience is excellent. I don’t know about the price because my husband pays the bills. They were out the next day when I called them for spraying around the house. I would recommend them.
Description of Work: We use Adams Exterminators for pest control. We use their Sentricon system for termite control. They just come by and check it periodically. I also had them come out and spray around the house one time.

I have been using them for almost ten years. I have had a couple of complaints, and they came right out to address it.

+ -1 moreFor the termite protection they charge $250 a year and for pest control, since combined I have more than one services with them it is $28 a month. I would definitely recommend them. The biggest thing is, if you do have any problem, they come back and they keep coming back until it is corrected or fixed. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

+ -1 moreThey didn’t just do my spraying, but they also installed my humidifier under my house for technical dry run and to protect us from humidity and moisture in the house. Our house is down the south and we are very moist and it can ruin the flooring in our house and we will have to have them all replaced like all the wood in my floor and everything. They put this in just a few months ago and it’s been excellent, and the humidity levels dropped down to nothing, and it’s really clean and dry, and I have the dehumidifier that runs all the time, and they come out twice a year to make sure it’s running properly. It’s like a service they came out and do it after we have put it in. If the humidity gets above 80%, I just call them and then they’ll will come out and check on and see what’s wrong may be something is clogged or something like that. It’s very important to keep my house underneath 85%. They are really good. They came out and gave us an estimate, and it was reasonable. They came out and did it immediately, and had all the work done within like a day and it was all done and going. They are very professional, and quick to respond.
Description of Work: I use Adams Exterminators Inc. for pest control services. They come out every three months for a quarterly spraying, and they’ll be coming out again in a couple of week and it costs me $64 every three months.

+ -1 moreThey are good. They come and do most of the jobs because they are contracted with the people I rented from. I haven't had any problems with any bugs or anything with those people. What ever they use works whether it is for spiders or bugs. We have never had any problems with them. If I see something I can call my landlord and he would have them out the very same day. If they are contracted to come out every few months then they are always here. They check for termites and things and they do that on a regular basis may be twice a year.

+ -1 moreThey can actually go under our house because it is raised above the ground. So they go under the house, and do all the inspection underneath and around the perimeter. As far as the business itself is concerned, I have been very pleased. We would use them again in the future.

If they find anything that we are paying them to inspect, they treat it if necessary. We have used them before for pest control. I have dealt with them for 31 years.

Description of Work: I have a annually contract with this Company. They come out to my 1900 square foot home and spray inside and outside once a month. They target spiders and ants outside and they targeted roaches and all other pests on the inside. This company comes out once a year to check my foundation for termites.
