Total Dusters

I am a disabled vet and my wife works full time we have 4 kids and the house can get rough but the way this company went about what they did is very upsetting. We contacted the serviceand the owner came by and said they would do the four rooms we requested for $8 a room. The first cleaning would cost $40 for them to get the house in order. That was not an issue and the cleaning lady came by on the following Thursday and cleaned, our house is all tile and hardwood floors so the little mop she brought was tough for her to use and took her almost five hours to get the house cleaned. We are not the cleanest people in the world but it was not as bad as she let on, I cleaned the night before and also moped the floors so it would not be as rough on her. They did not however do the baseboards and I told her to leave my table and computer area be for feeling sorry for the girl that looked like she was drying up from moping the house with equipment not made for the job. The next week she came it cost $32 and she was done in 2 hours with everything.The third week I was at the doctor and no one was home to let her in so we called the night before and told them not to come. On the fourth week herself and the owner came by, My wife let them in and told them the house is a little rougher than it has been cause we just have not had the time but to do light cleaning. My wife informed them that we would pay them next week when we both get paid seeing as we both only get paid once a month, we would pay them the full amount for this service and the whole next month worth of service. The owner agreed and they came in and went to my daughters bath room ( she went to school and did not put up her makeup and clean the counter.) My wife informed them that she was going to get dressed and please if they needed anything just let her know and knock on the bedroom door. I was asleep in bed and did not hear a door Knock so I know they did not. We came into hallway and looked into our daughters bathroom to notice that the floor was still dirty and the duo was no where to be found. We walked into the kitchen and noticed a note laying on our counter, Hi Im sorry fot the incovenianse we will no longer be able to clean your house.... the time does not add up for to the money... We did not call them due to my mental illness and my wife is to nice to do such a thing, we did not want to return the lack of professionalism to them that they showed us. We decided to post this on here. We feel that this company is very looking for easy money and with homes such as mine that has a lot of space and all hardwood and tile, the price they quoted us should have been higher and we would have paid it. Even if they would have asked my wife to up the price cause they made a mistake and thought that cleaning our four rooms needed to be even $20 more a room would have been okay. Having a home cleaning service and expecting the customer to do most of the work for you is not good business either. We called a cleaning service for a reason and that reason was to help maintain a home that we cant do ourselves so in that case this business Epic Failed . Not recommended by us and to expect a man to clean a home that cant even get out of bed for days on end because you are too lazy to do a job you are hired to do in the first place is very bad business. I think all Veterans and Service members in the area should black list this business. Buyer Beware and please do not use this business for your cleaning needs look else where.
