Jerry was great! This will be the second job he has done for us. He is very knowledgeable and talks you through any questions or concerns that you have.

The work seemed to be done fairly well and did not take to long to complete, but otherwise, my experience with EaZy Electrical Services was bad. I needed to have my main electrical disconnect replaced (this would include the enclosure and the one main breaker). When the electrician quoted me $1500, I knew that the price seemed to be very high for the job, but the need was bordering on an emergency situation so I felt like I had to get the work going anyway. The electrician got the job done and required immediate payment before showing any kind of invoice. He also explained that EaZy does not invoice and accept payment by mail. He said that I would receive my receipt by email. When I got the email from them, I saw why the price seemed to be so high. The electrician had charged me for the replacement of both the main AND the meter. The same day, my wife (I had to be at work) contacted the company and the representative who answered the phone said they would return the call later in the day. She did not return the call. The next day, she called again and was not able to reach a person. Later on the day of my wife's 2nd call, I received a call from the company. I explained the issue, and the representative issued new paperwork that matched the job that was performed. Since I had paid by check, he offered to void the check and either send it back to me or destroy it. He then took my corrected payment (which even he admitted was still higher than what many others charged) by credit card. Since I was already feeling like they may have attempted to rip me off and do not trust them, I requested that he send me back my voided check. I waited several days without receiving it and was considering contacting them about it again when I received another email as well as a voicemail from them. In these messages, I was told that, against the agreement that we had made, my check had been voided and shredded. The email also claimed to have an attached picture of the voided check. The email, however, did not contain any attachments whatsoever. I responded to the email and asked for them to resend the picture, but after waiting over a whole business day, I have yet to receive ANY response to this request. I CANNOT offer my recommendation for EaZy Electrical Services, because I still believe that their electrician tried to rip me off, and during the process of trying to get things corrected, they were unable to keep from breaking our agreement to send me back my check.
