Used this contractor to completely renovate a 30 year old guest bathroom. These folks really know what they are doing. We kept the same footprint but changed out a tub/shower to a shower only with a seat. The whole team is polite, efficient and respectful of the home. There was daily cleanup and debris was kept to a minimum We met with Karl Wysocki when we set up the initial appointment. He answered all our questions, his quote was within reason, given the scope of the work and materials and he explained all the work that would need to be done and was with us when we picked out our counter top. Karl is personable, patient and easily guided us through the process. His brother, Tim is a carpenter and cabinet builder. He is extremely precise and created a beautiful vanity as well as wainscoting and trim for the room. Praise too for project manager, Austin, who is around, but never intrusive. The subs are all professional. Tile work is excellent, and we have a lot of it. The team provided over the top water protection and the quality of work is A-1. Bathroom renos are not as simple as they appear on TV so don't expect to have a new bath in a couple of weeks. Sometimes you have to wait for a skilled professional who is in demand. Yes we went over budget a bit, but we were always apprised of the overages. We are going to use this company again and again.

I would highly recommend them. They were highly responsive. They listened to what the home owner wanted and got it all done accordingly. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Wysocki Brothers Home Builders to renovate my house before selling it. They completely renovated the master bathroom, the kitchen, replaced carpets and painted the entire interior of the house and performed other minor repairs.

They came highly recommend to us. It took them about 2 1/2 months to get the job done. The price was outlandish. We went along with the price thinking they would do an outstanding job. They put lumber in that was split. We demanded for six weeks before they replaced it. They were nice people, but it wasn't a big enough job for them. They drug it out. We didn't have railings for about a month.
Description of Work: They put in a new set of steps for us. With wrought iron railings.
