+ -1 moreI met with them, they gave me a quote and when I followed up , they refused to call me back or contact me. I have called and emailed them over 3 months and gotten no response. Very unprofessional. I have never had a company refuse to take my repeated calls or respond to my numerous emails .

+ 0 moreCement pad and driveway poured. Pad doesn’t drain properly. Sidewalk poured and it’s low on the sides, high in the middle pouring water towards my house when it rains. Concrete is two different colors. Left ridges in the sides and on the pad. Over a month of promises to fix it. The showed up once since, only after being threatened with a civil action and it’s still not repaired. Won’t reply to emails and takes days to reply if at all to texts. Don’t show when they say they will. Starting legal action next week.

Description of Work: Remove dirt and level ground under deck. Completely reshape grade for over 2,000 sq ft of concrete; including 57 feet of footers. Plus a HUGE project of footers and drive ways and retaining wall at our church.

+ 5 moreGreat attention to detail. My pour was interrupted by extreme rain. They still did all they could to accommodate my schedule and pleasing the inspectors. We had the same thing done at Branches of Christ Church, but on a much higher scale with a 28X48 building foundation, floor pour, retaining wall, and multiple driveway work done. Very Satisfied
Description of Work: Extensive ground shaping/excavation and then pouring concrete under an old deck and foundation for building extension.

Description of Work: Needed under deck dug out and leveled as well as pour for new garage foundation addition. Guys worked to bring everything up to grade and did the additional dirt work to blend in and direct water flow away from building. Other bids wanted extra for landscaping.

Description of Work: Price was the highest of all estimates and they require FULL payment upon delivery of concrete, not when the the job is complete, not when I approve of the job but just when they dump the concrete in. This is unacceptable and I would recommend anybody else thinking about using this vendor, have them remove this stipulation out of the contract. If they can not carry the bill for the concrete hauler till the end of the job, they should not be in business.

Description of Work: I have been a builder contractor for over 50 years , and have hired a lot of concrete work , it does not get any better than the work that unique concrete concepts did for us . they excavated the site , and poured footings , a 26x28 garage floor, and a three ft wall ,on one side . the site was on a hill and they did everything right . I will call on them again . on my next job , this job was our person garage , I am very happy with there work .
