 + -1 moreEverything was fine. Charles has been our "go to" guy for the 10 years that we have owned our home. He has replaced 2 of the 3 heat pumps in our house; he even did work in our home while we were temporarily living outside the country. He is very honest and professional.
Description of Work: Charles Cope came to our house to check the drip pan on a heat pump that he had previously installed. We had our home inspected and the inspector questioned wether the drip pan was installed according to code. Charles came to our home at no charge to follow up and make sure everything was properly installed.

Description of Work: REPLACE AIR CONDITIONER UNIT, FILTERS. INSTALLED DUCT WORK, REWIRE. FILLED AIR CONDITION WITH ANTIFREEZE.
