Trinity Reconstruction

I am only leaving this review because the owner decided to state that I should have tried to contact them again, after I left a message on Angies List, for a request to quote work that I needed done at my residence. I belong to Angies List for the PRIVILEGE of paying an annual fee to be able to request quotes from a wide range of vendors that provide services I need for my family. I am NOT here to have one of those vendors vent and tell everyone that I have done them wrong, soiled their professional business reputation and that I should have tried to contact them again. I too am a small business man, I communicate with my potential Customers, and I fail to be perfect in all attempts, BUT, I am the one who OWNS my MISTAKES. If I fail, IT IS MY FAULT! I do NOT blame my potential Customer(s) for my lack of being focused with all the lines I have in the water, if a Customer is lost, I don't blame them, I blame me! I am the one to be apologetic, I am the one to try and get that business back, 1 unhappy or lost Customer tells 10, 1 happy Customer tells 5. I would have considered doing business with Trinity, even after not communicating with me in a timely fashion, had it not been for the comments left in the response to the previous review I left for them. In that review, I left HONEST and VERIFIABLE comments. I did not try to throw mud on anyone's PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS, you did it yourself by not taking RESPONSIBILITY for your actions, instead, you tried to make me the bad guy. Good Luck!

Fantastic! I found Trinity Reconstruction in an ad in our town magazine. I thought I'd call for a bid to compare, and so pleased I did. The bid was right in the middle of the others I received, but we would have chosen Trinity Reconstruction either way. Kevin is very professional, knowledgable, and skilled in the construction process. He does most of the work himself, so there is very little "wait time" for sub-contractors and the job keeps moving. This was my fault, but I had a scheduling issue with my cabinets that caused a change in the job flow (I used my own cabinet company and did not communicate the date I needed them ordered correctly). Kevin just worked around it without blinking. When he had other employees working (only during demolition and painting on our job), he was right there with them working and overseeing everything. He is easy to work with, punctual, neat and has great attention to detail. He's trustworthy and I had no hesitation in leaving a key for him when I was unable to be here. He had some great ideas and always discussed the details with me and made sure the big and little things were how I wanted them.
