There was a bit of a miscommunication with timing of the appointment, but once Cameron arrived he was extremely knowdgeable and answered all of our questions. He gave us a very fair quote and helped us with everything we needed. We were very impressed and will use American Freedom Plumbing for our plumbing needs in the future.

In speaking with Ashley over the phone, I wasn't expecting a free trip charge to evaluate the sewage ejector pump issue and have Jeremy out to the house within 2 hrs. Very cool! i just bought a hm but couldn't move in because of water damage. the plumber was very nice in answering all my questions.

I met James and Stephen through HomeAdvisor while shopping for a new hot water heater. I had received (4) separate quotes, and by far they did the best job explaining the pros/cons of a tankless HWH and the various options, which was something I was considering as a replacement for a traditional tank heater. I went with the Navien 240A tankless because they would be able to use the existing venting pipes (i.e. a retrofit) and setup a hot water recirculation line to reduce the time it took for hot water to come out of the faucet. No burning nat gas for the sake of keeping the water hot on standby. Now it's on-demand and only burning the fuel as needed - beautiful. All with expert/professional installation. Very thorough and attention to details. As good as the installation was, the real test was how they responded to some adjustments needed to the system after using it for a few days. The return trips were prompt! I never felt like I was bothering them, and they went through great lengths to work out the kinks and do what it took to make it right. Five gold stars for such a world-class level of service. Most would have been slow to respond since the sale was already made, if responding at all. Competitive pricing and world-class service makes them 'my guys' for any and all plumbing needs at my house or my rental properties. No need to make any more calls. That's a great feeling! Technician was very pleasant and professional. He has a lot of knowledge for what is doing.

Positive - Came out promptly, plumber very personable. Negative - Looked to cut corners. Grossly overpriced to replace a 2 ft section of pvc ... $670 when I even dug the hole and covered it up.

The guys were very nice but they came in and took advantage of my parents. I had a leaky shower and 2 sinks. they talked about how things were out of code and my dad ended up paying $3000 before it was all said and done. I won’t trust Home Advisor for great trustworthy people anymore. We found a great lawn care service but the plumbers were typical get over guys.

Shannon Clayton was so patient and thorough with my repair job. He went the extra miles to make sure my repair was diagnosed, replacement installed, and cleaning up the bathroom when he was done. I will definitely use American Freedom Plumbing again.

Did not tell me he was charging me an "Emergency Call" fee of $90. Took less than 5 minutes to tighten a screw. Local company so there was very little "tirp time". Good service would have been a max $25 fee. Would have gotten future business. Now, never again.
