With a big family reunion scheduled at our house starting from Mon., it was a serious emergency situation. As soon as I put in my request through the HomeAdvisor, James called and made an arrangement to come by on that same afternoon. Although we agreed on a time, he still called me in advance to let me know he is on his way and arrived at the exact time. He looked at the tub and knew immediately where the problem was and was able to fix it right away at a very reasonable cost. We are so happy to have found Plumb M.
