The personnel at Summit Fence were very helpful. The first visit to my home involved having them perform a wooden fence maintenance. They nailed in any loose boards and also inspected the boards and gates. The fence looks nice - a lot tighter now with everything holding together well. They also recommended replacing one of the gates since the wood was warped at the bottom. I knew this was a likely possibility so I went ahead and scheduled them to come on a second trip to replace the gate. The gate looks nice and appears to be of good quality wood with some reinforcements. I would recommend Summit Fence and I will use them again in the future.

The big deal from Summit Fence went very well. I used that shortly after the big deal purchase. There were no additional charges on top of the 149 dollars for the big deal. They basically worked on some of my fencing and the gates with the fencing. They also did some slabs that had fallen or broken. They repaired all that. He was kind of slowed up because he kept wanting to set me up for 2 weeks or 3 weeks down the road he ended up being very good. I would probably use this service provider in the future.

The men were just finishing up when I got home. The fence was built on site and it looks good. I had a concern that they didn't put in a new post for the new gate, but after talking with Lee, he reassured me that the gate will hold up using the old post.

Summit Fence contact me and scheduled a visit for around Feb. 4.Three weeks went by and I was contacted by another staff member, who wanted to know how the job went. I told him that nothing had been completed. He was very surprised and asked if I had gotten anyone else to do the job. I told him no, that I had decided to do the job myself and have since completed it as a DIY project.

From start to finish, Mr. Tuck and his crew were exceptional. The fence looks amazing. Summit Fence was extremely professional, prompt, and courteous. Pricing was ideal and the job was completed extremely quickly. They cleaned up very well and did a lot of little things that they didn't have to do - they are a company that goes the extra mile. If I ever need another fence built, I WILL be calling Mr. Tuck and Summit Fence. Outstanding company!

It went as well as it could. It was following a Tornado, and Summit Fence were very responsive even though they were, like others inundated with damage repair jobs. Of course this was an insurance job, and Summit Fence were helpful throughout. The work was carried out to an outstanding degree of professionalism and to our complete satisfaction. Like all jobs of this nature, some unforeseen expenses cropped up, which Summit Fence were again willing to find the best way to deal with them to the benefit of both parties. Highly Recommended.

They did an outstanding job. Quality, timeliness and price were great. Working remotely is generally very risky but the job was error free mostly because of Lee Tuck's great attitude. He was thorough, professional and easy to work with.

Lee is a good guy to work with. His crew did a fine job. They fixed the damaged fence and also went around and fixed a few other places that were bent or loose. They left without asking for any money. I immediately called Lee to thank him for the good job done and give him my billing address so I could get his payment to him. He stays so busy with work now that he sometimes gets behind in responding to emails and returning phone calls. With other contractors I would be concerned, but I think he is handling the volume as best he can so it doesn't worry me. I will definitely use his services again. Now I know why so many people are calling him. His word of honor is all the contract that I need.

Lee (Summit Fence Owner) came up with an innovative solution for our worn out condo complex dumpster gates that nobody else had thought of. We had heavy duty gates that just needed some refurbishment. Other companies wanted to completely replace the gates with newer material that would NOT have been heavy duty. Lee was able to reuse our existing heavy duty frame and put on new chain link and paint it. He also made custom drop rods due to the large slope. No other company had even suggested that as a possibility. By reusing the existing frame, we saved several hundred dollars over what others had quoted us. It looks Great!...Good as New!

The service was excellent. They did a good job cleaning up and they were on time. Some of the posts have cracks in them now.

Lee and his crew were great! He came out to do an estimate in the evening and was able to begin the install a week later. I really liked working with the owner of the company and that he was very knowledgeable about the construction process; he wasn't just a "sales guy". It rained the day the crew started their work but they finished most of it and then they came out the first day the rain stopped to complete the fence. After they completed, I wanted a few of the pickets replaced and Lee's crew arrived the same day to resolve the issue to beyond my satisfaction! I would highly recommend Summit Fence and would use them again (if the need for another fence ever arises). He was competitively priced, quick and the quality was top-notch.

There are large gaps in between the panels of the fence. There is a wide gap between the fence and our home. There is also a gap between the fence and the gate. He came back out and marked down all my complaints and said they would take care of it. I have called them multiple times since then and they keep saying they'll get to us (when they actually asnwer my call). At one time I received a phone call from him (he seemed suprised that I answered) and proceeded to say he had the material is his backyard would schedule something, that was a couple months ago. He said he just hadn't had time to "squeeze" me into his schedule. At this point I just want my fence fixed and to get the quality that I paid for. Lee is a likeable person and in speaking with I found him to be sincere and trustworthy. That is why it is so surprising to me that he hasn't followed through on his word. Update (3/7/13): They came back and corrected their mistakes. Everything was performed to my satisfaction!

Lee is one of the most professional and personable contractors I have hired. He was prompt returning my call requesting an estimate, and was at my house the next day. His estimate was right in the middle of the pack of other estimates. I chose Summit Fence because the price was good, he showed me photographs of his previous work, which helped me see the quality of his work. Also, Lee was the only contractor who did more than just measure the yard. He took the time to offer design and placement suggestions I was initially intending to have a small swimming pool installed in my backyard, and Lee committed to me that he would be able to install the fencing before the pool excavation began. I was having trouble with the City of Dunwoody getting permits. Because of Lee's experience, he was able to provide me much valuable information and help with the permitting effort, even though he had no responsibility for the pool construction and permitting. He also reached out to the City Engineers to work the pool issues out for me. The pool permit was eventually denied by the city, but I had Lee install the fence anyway. The weather worked with us, and Lee and his crew installed the fence on the scheduled day. I was not home when Summit installed the fence, but is was completed before I got home at 4PM, and all the tools and lumber scraps were already removed from my yard. At Lee's suggestion, I waited 3 months to let the wood dry out before staining and sealing. We were delayed several times, because Lee would not seal and stain if the fence got rained on in the previous 5-7 days. When the weather was right, and the fence was dry, the Summit crew completed the entire job in 6 hours. The sprayed the sealant with had pumped sprayers to ensure coverage and to the prevent product waste associated with power sprayers. The fence looks great, I have had many compliments from my neighbors on the distinctive design and stain work of the fence.

Installers came and completed fence. All looks good. Lee Tuck was very pleasant and helpful owner and sales person. We found it necessary to review job and ask for a few improvements which was difficult as we are not fence experts or have any experience in such. Installers did call Lee and then made changes we felt were needed. I would use Lee again but would prefer he drop by near end of job to make certain all was going well.

Lee was very nice, sometimes he wasn't very good about responding to email- but there were circumstances out of his control at the time. I think he would have responded more quickly under other circumstances. The work was very good- no complaints.

Lee Tuck was on time, on schedule and does quality work.

OUTSTANDING. You will get a quality fence job base on what YOU want not what the contractor wants to install. Anodized Steel metal fence, not aluminum for the same price as APEX. Do Call Lee and see all of his examples of fence types and options. Don't be disappointed you didn't.

I called Lee Tuck (along with several other fence companies) to get an estimate for our fence project. Lee answered when I dialed him and was able to come out the next afternoon. I was unable to meet him at the house so he called me and we talked over what I wanted done in the backyard. His quote was very fair and it was easy to choose Lee for the job. He is probably one of the NICEST people you will ever meet and he is a man of his word. The day Lee said they were going to get started is the day that they showed up- ON TIME! Before the job started Lee and I went over every detail again. He was detail oriented and specific so that we wouldn't have any surprises. The fence is exactly as I ordered and they finished it when they said they would. Lee's crew was professional and friendly. I would have no problem recommending Summit to my neighbors or my family. We all have experiences where we meet the sales person/owner who makes the sale but when the job commences he is no where to be found. Lee Tuck is the consummate professional who took care of our fence project from start to finish. (And he's a super nice guy!) His pricing was most fair, his products were of the highest quality- something that would have been a premium at any another company. Lee has pages and pages of pictures along with ideas and designs to aid in the decision making process. You can't go wrong with Summit.
