STEVE'S PAINTING

Poorly. He was highly recommended by the hardwood flooring company who was installing hardwood and sanding the floors in the house. We were undertaking a major renovation of the house. Steve said all the right things but in the end, he did not deliver. We were not pleased with the paint job, the work crew, the professionalism, or the end product and we would not hire this company to paint our garage much less anything else. His crews were not on time. Poor or no preparation. Sloppy. Left nicks and gouges in the trim saying that it was like that before. They said they would fix everything but in the end, we had to point out numerous flaws to be repaired again and again and again. Steve kept saying to wait until they were finished but they took forever and never really finished. In the end, we just wanted his painting crew out of our house. Even if we have a warranty claim; I would never call him back. A disappointment for the amount of money paid.

It was very complicated repair work and they did an excellent job. He cooperated very well with another company I had out. Steve came out for the job with 1 other helper and they completed the job in about 8 hours. He is very knowledgeable and experience. He is very competent and does great work. There a lot of tradesmen in the area and Steve's is probably the best known of the painters.

I had hired them before to paint some areas in the interior of my house, take wallpaper down, and rebuild a wall. I have never had any problems at all with them and they are very professional, and they took care of my house and covered my plants.
