I talked to Steve Dyer on 3 occasions after my initial contact with him. Each time he promised he would come to my house to look at the property and send me a proposal. He never did. He always provided some excuse for not showing up. The last time I talked to him I told him I was disappointed about him being totally unresponsive. Again, he gave an excuse, but ASSURED me he wanted the work and would respond. He did not. He is totally unreliable and habitually ready with some excuse for his unresponsiveness. Do not waste your time with Steve Dyer and SouthernScapes Landscaping.
