He took a good deal of time at our home and promised to provide a quote by the end of the week he visited. He was quite thorough and addressed all of the questions we had at the time of his visit. But after ten days with no quote, I called to determine the hold up. He apologized and told me he'd forward it immediately. Still no quote. I called back twice more, provided our phone# in case he had misplaced it,and received more apologies...but still no quote a full 11 weeks after his visit. In the last 2 weeks I sent Southeastern an email. In it, I gave them 1 more opportunity to respond and advised them that without some explanation (I didn't even ask for the quote this time), I would have no choice but to leave feedback about our experience on consumer sites, this one included. As you may have guessed,no quote. The bottom line is that after 11 weeks and despite no less than four attempts at follow up, we received no quote from Southeastern. To this day, we do not know what happened and were very disappointed that they totally ignored multiple requests for some type of acknowledgement.
