SP Heating and Air was one of three contractors who provided me a bid. First of all, Mr. Puzic thouroughly explained what needed to be done, and he answered all of my questions 9and I asked a lot of them). Secondly, he is a honest business man. He explained to me that he does not double charge for the heating and air conditioning unit. I decided to check this out and looked up the price for the unit I wanted. I discovered that the other two contractors were charging me double for the unit (e.g.,. if the unit cost $1269 on line, the bid stated that I would pay $2538). Next, he provided a written bid along with his contact information. Telephone calls and text messages were always promptly responded to. The new unit was installed on 06.05.17. He said that he would be there at 8:00 am, arrived at 8:10 am, and apologized for being late due to a traffic accident. The job took him about 4.5 hours to complete. The new system, a Trane XR16, works. I paid exactly what was stated on the bid. If you need to have your system replaced, I suggest that you contact him for a bid.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Steve, from SP Heating and Air installed a whole new TRANE system at a very reasonable cost. He did a very professional job and offered us a good maintenance contract for a twice a year checkup. The system works just superbly and we could not be happier with our decision to do business with SP. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs HVAC work.

Arrived exactly at the time set up and began work. Was finished quickly and the install looked perfect. I use this SP Heating and Air for my residential as well and I could not be happier! Very competitive pricing and great service.

He was great. He inspected everything for us and informed what we needed to have replaced or repaired.

The job went great, my new AC unit was installed by noon the next day. I couldn't even get anyone else to come out for at least a week. I was very impressed with the quality of the Trane equipment and the service that Slavko and his company provided.
