+ -1 moreThey have done a really good job for me. With regard to price, I think that they have got some new rates going for new clients. But I am not a new client. I have signed up with them for a long time, and I have told them to keep my rate the same. I went through the other rates, and I wasn’t happy with them. I like them because they are so professional. They make notes about my animals and when they should go out, what they are using, what is safe and what is not. They know the name of my dog; little things like that. If I had kids, I am sure they would know their names too. They are amazing. I have really been happy with them. With regard to price, the signup wasn’t much. With regard to responsiveness, I found a scorpion in the house when I got back from vacation, and they were here the next day. Their punctuality is awesome. If they say they are going to be here at a certain time; they are going to be here.
Description of Work: I use Protect All Pest Control for pest control services. The last time I used them, it was for their monthly service in the house and around the yard. I have eight plants that are edible, so they use a different spray on that. They use a special spray for my plants if I have something that is edible. They come and take care of all the spider webs outside the house. They take care of the yard with their spray. They do all of that stuff. I have used them for the last four months now. I haven't had the spiders or any of the pests in my house. Update: I used ProtectAll this summer for their mosquit program. It great not to be eaten up all summer. We could actually sit outside in the evenings!
