There completed the work and were responsive to my questions.

Awesome!! Pete came out on time (early actually, and he called first) and found the problem was two-fold: 1) Debris in the end of the faucet (source of the low pressure) and 2) The expansion tank needed to be replaced (source of the noise). He cleaned out the debris and replaced the expansion tank, and presto! the pressure is great, and the noise is gone. (And replacing the expansion tank potentially averted future - possibly pricey issues - as Pete said left unchecked over a prolonged period, a failed tank could cause damage to the lines, toilets, etc.) Plumb Smart was actually the second service I'd called about this issue. The first plumber (a local independent) ran the water and told me, well, they're making the newer faucets with less pressure and so that's the new normal. He repaired a small leak to one of the kitchen sink pipes but did nothing to address the pressure issue. So what a relief to find a plumber who knows his stuff, and diagnosed and fixed the problem accurately and efficiently. Pete was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He also did a great job of explaining everything along the way. I'll definitely call Plumb Smart for all future plumbing needs and refer them to anyone needing a great plumbing service!

I have been using Plumb Smart for years for everything involving plumbing. Paul Little, the owner, is knowledgeable, fair, and skilled at what he does. He has replaced pipes, valves, installed bathroom fixtures, and almost every other kind of plumbing job needed in an older home. I recommend him very highly.

I have used this company in the past but lost their contact information so I was glad to find them on Angie's List. When I contacted them the dispatcher attempted to find me a plumber right away. He call me back within 30 minutes to let me know he couldn't find anybody that could come out that day but it showed me that he would have someone out first thing in the morning. The plumber arrive probably on time and diagnose the problem quickly. It was professional and friendly and got his work done much faster than I thought he would have. I had had another contractor look at it ends Pub smart beat them and professionalism, service and price!

They did a great job, easy to work. They performed the work efficiently and made sure everything was insulated good. They got rid of all of the blue poly and replaced it with new good grade of plastic lines.

Fixed a toilet, water heater and replaced the garbage disposal

They were on time and very professional. Work was done well and they took the time to make sure everything was cleaned up and working as promised. We needed them to come back a couple days later after finding a minor leak and they responded quickly and fixed the problem. Responsiveness was excellent and everything was done as promised. I had also asked them to pull a county permit which they did without question, where most other plumbers told me I didn't need to have one (or they told me it would cost extra).

Went well, arrived on time, went right to work and completed the job in an efficient and professional manner.

They are definitely not the cheapest price wise, but do a good job compared to others. I like their honesty and integrity. I didn’t have any problems with them at all. They are a good company. I have also consulted the owner for many other things and he has always been very helpful. I haven’t met him, but I have spoken to him several times over the phone. I was very happy when one of his plumbers installed the toilet for me. There was another company who would have done the work for a cheaper price, but they said that they would not install it because I had to get some work done on my floor. However, Plumb Smart guys did it with no problem.

The work is excellent. They have great punctuality, honestly, and integrity of the work.

I have rental properties and I know that I can call him even when I am on vacation and he will take care of any problems. He is a very reliable person and dependable. I also like the fact that he does not sub contract to anyone as he does it all himself.

We were very impressed by the professional demeanor of this plumbing company. When they said they were going to be here they were here. They explained everything they were going to do for us in detail and they fixed the problem perfectly. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Both Paul and Ed are careful, pleasant, do the extras but watch out for my wallet. I hope they stay in business forever -- after 40 years in Atlanta and a dozen or so plumbers, these guys are my choice.

HE'S VERY PROMPT, COST-EFFECTIVE, EFFICIENT (HE WAS THERE MAYBE 30 MINUTES), AND VERY POLITE. ALL OF WHICH MAKE A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE (EVEN THOUGH I THE LEAK INCONVENIENCED MY HOUSE-GUESTS FOR 24 HOURS, BUT THAT'S NOT BAD, CONSIDERING)... :>

I FOUND PLUMB SMART'S NUMBER AND CALLED (AMONG OTHERS); HE TOOK A LITTLE BIT OF TIME TO RESPOND, BUT THAT GAVE ME SOME TIME TO FIELD OTHER ESTIMATES. HE CALLED FROM THE FRONT YARD OF MY UNIT, SAID HE COULD HAVE IT DONE IN LESS THAN TWO HOURS, FOR A PRICE FAR LESS THAN THE OTHERS (THE OTHERS WANTED TO "BIG DEAL IT," I JUST WANTED IT FIXED). HE SAID HE WOULD ACCEPT A BUSINESS CHECK, BUT I USED MY BUSINESS CREDIT CARD INSTEAD. WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN WHEN A PLUMBING SITUATION ARISES.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND WERE RESPONSIBLE.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. HAVE KNOWN THE PLUMBER MOST OF HIS LIFE. NO COMPLAINTS.
