+ -1 more**** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**** Called this COMPNAY to expand my deck. On their first day they removed my deck bannisters (from my second story deck) andpand to pressure wash the house. 20 minutes later they told me that teir machine broke down and they would be back. THEY NEVER RETURNED!!! I call the owner Donté. He came to my house and saw how my deck was now a hazard as I have children and now have a second story deck WITH NO BANNISTERS. he apologized and said that they would be there in 3 days to complete the work. THEY NEVR CAME BACK. I didn't hear from the company owner, Donté or his wife for weeks. No one came to complete the work, mind you that I already paid 50% of the project cost. When I contacted Donté almost 2 months after my payment was made, he told me that he didn't have my money and would need to make a payment plan to pay me back?!? How would the money be spent when they did absolutely no work on my house? We finally got a refund last week. This has been a 2 month ordeal. FYI my bannister is still off of my deck. They didn't even put it back!
