+ -1 moreThey were not responsible they did not keep their word. They did not keep their word.
Description of Work: They inspected our roof and we needed 2 repairs. They kept saying they were going to come and repair it. I called them four times and they kept saying they would be there and they never showed up. Once they came out on a Friday to say they would be there the next day and they did not show up. They did not even call us with any kind of explanation until we called them and they still did not give us an explanation. We even had a check waiting to pay them.
