Mr. Hardwood Inc

Jeremiah of Mr. Hardwood, Inc. was the employee that I worked with. I had my engineered hardwood floors done in my living room and 1/2 bathroom. I had an estimate with 50 floors a couple of days before I met with Jeremiah. 50 floors advertises big discounts, but customers aren't receiving a discount at all. The quote that Jeremiah gave me was the same as 50 floors and the flooring was better with Mr. Hardwood. Jeremiah and Mr. Hardwood Inc really sold me when they mentioned that there was a lifetime warranty for the floors and it was transferable should I sell my house. I have never heard of warranties being transferred so I was sold once Jeremiah told me this. Jeremiah was also a very down to earth person that had a lot of knowledge about this field of work. Jeremiah brought the engineered hardwood the next week like he said he would and then his team was ready to install the following week. Jesus and Raphy were excellent. They started on the job about 10 am and finished at 8 pm. They were very professional and courteous whenever I had questions. I absolutely LOVE my floors and I couldn't have chosen a better company. I will be using them again for tile work in the kitchen and possibly hardwood on my stairs. I highly recommend Mr. Hardwood, Inc.

Because of health problems, I could not use the credit within the 6 months. I called and they offered to extend. I also got an estimate to do more extensive work. The owner came out and gave me an estimate for the additional work. I told him it could not be immediate. He was very nice and said that didn't matter. I called back later about two months later and tried to schedule. I don't know if I got a receptionist or an answering service. I didn't get the woman's name. I never heard back. They may be fine just not have a good answering service. They were very responsive at first I don't have the exact date of my last call, just the month and year but the form wouldn't go through without one

Corey and his team were amazing from start to finish. Corey truly means and lives by what he sells you in his consultations. Will, who sanded and stained our handrails, was here for a few days and each day locked the house and called us so we could set the alarm as he was leaving. Corey's first concern was for our 3 year old daughter's safety and he made sure replacing the spindles was done quickly. I have worked with a lot of contractors and Corey has the absolute best customer service my husband and I have seen in a long time. We cannot wait for him to refinish our hardwood floors in a few weeks!

The service went well. It was a rather complex job because the previous owners had added additional wood that did not match up to the existing wood. A crew of 4 came out and completed the job in 2 and a half days. The staff did an excellent job and were very knowledgeable. They joined the mis-matched floors, sanded them down to bare wood and stained them all to match. They also replaced some spindles in the staircase, sanded the banisters and stained them to match. They did a first class job and were very prompt. They made great suggestions since I did not know much about the project and were very proactive. They have a great reputation in the area and I would give them an A+ if I could.

The installers, Leo and Bruno, did an exceptional job. We were home during the installation and observed a 'well oiled' team working in unison to give our home new floating, click-lock flooring throughout. Our home has many angled wall sections plus a marble slab fireplace hearth that allowed them to demonstrate their expertise. Leo custom fitted a picture frame style molding around the marble hearth that enhances both the hearth and the new wood flooring. We couldn't have imagined such stunning results throughout our home. We not only recommend Mr. Hardwood, Inc., we recommend prospective customers request Leo and Bruno for their flooring installations.

ke sure that I was I would recommend anyone that needs wrought iron rails installed and have there hand rails sanded to Mr. Hardwood Inc..They did such a great job. I can't believe how beautiful everything turned out. They are very professional, from the free consultation to the work that had to be done. Everything went Great, David was on time, We went through everything that I needed done. What I had done to my home was sanding on my handrails and then had them stained a beautiful cherry. Also I wanted my old wood balusters removed and new wrought iron balusters installed. David and I did a walk through of everything that had to be done, I had drawn a picture of the pattern of the wrought iron that I wanted installed. David did a great job, he hand sanded all of the rails, what a teadious job, I would not have the patience to do such a thing...After all of the work was completed David went over the project with me to make sure that I was satisfied with the work, and boy was I satisfied, When my girlfriend came home that night she was speechless. She couldn't believed how beautiful it turned out. I would recommend Mr. Hardwood Inc. to all of my friends, they did a great job at a good price...Quality workmanship at it's best..

Mr Hardwood crew arrived as scheduled. Worked two days until early evening and completed the entire job in 2 days. They came back twice to touch up several spots. Outstanding job supervised by crew chief Jose.

They came out to provide a quote and I felt I was misinformed so I did not end up going through with the project with them. I was issued a refund.

They were awesome to work with. We did have some mix up on their arrival time. They have a lifetime guarantee on their work. I found some errors in their work and they came out right away to address any issues I had.

Everything went well. The workers were great to work with. Installation went great.

I wanted someone to help me and tell me how to keep up the hardwood. I did not feel satisfied from our appointment and I was kind of left hanging.

My experience was positive. I did not have to supervise them. They cleaned up well after themselves. They delivered what they said they would.

There were a couple people here doing the work and it took a few days to complete. Scheduling the appointment was fine. The quality of the work was not that great.

It went very smoothly from initial call to final inspection. His team came as soon as I could schedule them, worked very hard and well. They needed to return the next day to complete the work. They were punctual and finished the job. I had one minor change and Corey gladly had a team return to make the change. I was very pleased with the overall work. The work exceeded my expectations.

I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I sent a message on Tuesday night, and first thing Wednesday morning Corey was calling me to set up a consultation. Thursday morning John was at my condo with samples and knowledge, and he was able to provide me with a quote before he left. He gave me good advice on underlayment and flooring materials, and the custom t-molds the crew installed match the flooring in the hallway perfectly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I highly recommend anyone who is thinking of having their floors refinished to have Mr Hardwood Inc to do it. The sales associate that I dealt with was amazing and he handled everything with me from start to finish. He would check with me everyday to make sure I was happy with the progress. He also kept me posted with everything that was going on with my job. The crew that came in to do the actual refinishing were very attentive to detail, very nice, and they worked really h****** my floors, and trust me they had their work cut out for them on this job. When they arrived, which was on time every morning, walked through the house with me and listened to all of my issues with the existing floor and he fixed everything above and beyond anything I was even hoping for. I could not be any happier with how the floors turned out. They make my house look like a brand new house. Mr Hardwood will now and forever be my go to for anything I might ever need done to my hardwood floors ever again.

Corey was always professional during our interactions. His crew - Jose, Ramon and Ben were very courteous and made sure I was aware of what was happening while they were here. They did arrive late on the 2nd day but they finished the job early so it was no matter. I am happy with the work and would recommend Mr. Hardwood to anyone looking for floor repair.

When we wanted to install new stair treads, the crew was more than accommodating and happy to help. They were willing to split the work up in to two days to fit with our scheduling needs, and were consistently polite and professional. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone with any flooring needs; it never felt like a hassle to have them here, the employees are all experienced, and the work is checked over and guaranteed by the owner himself.
