Description of Work: Mr. Hardwood recently made our 2500 +/- square feet of maple floors look brand new. Our floors were in poor condition, having survived four teenagers and a basset hound. Throw in a couple of "accidents" from having live Christmas trees over the years causing water damage. My wife was convinced we would have to have our floors completely replaced. Not so! Mr. Hardwood came to the rescue. In the course of five days, their team of five professionals managed to move bulky furniture, a grand piano and other prized possessions to safety, followed by a few days of expert and careful workmanship bringing these beautiful floors back to life. My wife and I could not be happier. Definitely worth the money.

Description of Work: Mr. Hardwood refinished the floors on our main floor and installed new hardwood in our upstairs landing and large master bedroom. They also installed new iron ballisters on our stair. The company was very professional and responsive. We did have a couple of issues in the refinish job, but Mr. Hardwood stood by his team and his product, addressed our concerns and made everything right. As a result, we are very happy with the floors and with the level of service received and have already recommended them to our friends.

Description of Work: He is very punctual and prompt. Quality of installation was Ok---Good. Price was very reasonable. Hardwood in dining and kitchen. Quality of flooring was average. They cleaned up after themselves but did not remove unused wood. They over ordered and charged me for it but did not take back the extra and give me a refund of unused wood. However, I would think that compared to others, they probably do that as well. I would rate him Average/Good.

Description of Work: I needed to replace a carpet in the living area and the master bedroom with new hardwood floors and I was challenged with matching it to an existing old pre-engineered floors that were installed 15 years ago. I had 2 professional big name companies to give me options and estimates and both came up with matching the wood as much as possible or try to be creative by installing a different color flooring. I didn't want a job that looks like a band-aid because I couldn't afford to re-do the whole house, which by the way both companies told me that these types of floors can't be sanded. Mr. Hardwood looked at the floor and in a matter of a minute he named the type and the manufacture of the floor, told me that I can sand it twice in a life time, and we can install new floor and stain the entire house to the color I desire.. but here is the kicker. His estimate was half the amount of what the other 2 estimates and he was able to start the work immediately!! My floors looks like these in a magazine, amazing quality, color, workmanship. I will use him again to re-do my staircase and the hallway upstairs and recommend him to anyone. He is honest, professional, reliable, and focus to deliver quality work.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for 200 square feet of complete hardwood cleaning-- including buff and coat from Mr. Hardwood. The team came out and buffed and shined the floors in my foyer and dining room on one of my rental properties. They did an excellent job! The floors were dingy and lifeless after years of wear. They now have a clean vibrant shine and look really good. I have used Mr. Hardwood in the past to refinish the floor on the house we live in and they also did a wonderful job there. Cory, (the owner) and his staff are very professional and knowledgable. I would recommend their services to anyone looking to have their floors done.
