Lawn Frogs Landscaping

I hired Lawn Frogs to accomplish a fairly significant amount of work in my backyard surrounding my pool area and a steep hill. They were extremely professional, timely and accommodating throughout the entire process. Chad responded to my call very quickly. Their quote was accurate and they were able to start the work within a reasonable amount of time. My wife and I could not be happier with the product we received. Job well done Lawn Frogs! We will be happy to use them again in future projects AND we proudly recommend them to all of our friends and neighbors!

I'm rating Lawn Frogs one-star, not good, because I have called and left messages (at least 2-3 times), sent requests for contact on their site and ... nothing. I do know they received at least one on-line request to contact me because I received, the second time, a standard response stating they would be in touch with me soon. Except that never happened. I am just amazed at a company like this and how rude and impolite this type of behavior on their part is. Maybe they have so much business that they feel justified in ignoring people who show interest in their company, but that is never okay. They may be hopping around today with all kinds of jobs, but word of mouth may hurt them in the end. And, I certainly am going to do what I can to let people know about my experience with Lawn Frogs. So, my advice is, don't even waste your time as I did with this company who feels that they don't even need to respond to someone who shows interest in them.
