I have improved my earlier rating of John's service because, in the end, he took care of the problem we were having with a system he installed that was leaking coolant. I was frustrated that he wasn't returning my calls with voicemails. Finally, I emailed him and he responded immediately, saying that he didn't pick up my calls because of my Washington, DC area code (I moved to Atlanta from there and kept my old number.) He made several trips at his expense to fix the problem in the heating/cooling system and was always nice and prompt. However, I think he is a solo practitioner with no admin support so the whole, "We wanted to follow up to make sure you are satisfied" dimension of service one expects these days is completely missing from John. I finally figured out that you have to contact him to make each step happen because he is not really tracking things. In the end, he never charged us or complained about the multiple visits it took him to get the system right over a 15 month period and we finally have a working system. I will likely use a larger company for service of it here on out, however.
Description of Work: John installed a Unico heating/cooling system in the house we bought, just prior to us taking possession of the home.

I am very pleased with everything John Dillion has done for me. When he installed the electric shut off valve, he did it with out having to tear into the shower wall. We had been fighting with a faulty valve and no one else was willing to find a way to repair or replace it without ripping out the shower or tearing into the wall. Not only did he do a great job, but he saved me a lot of money and trouble.
Description of Work: I had John Dillion, the owner, install a garbage disposal, and the plumbing lines. He also installed a water cock devise that has an electric shut off valve.
