did a great job and the price was good; the only thing i didn't like was the garage floor was dirty from removing the old heater. Was wondering if they could have put some tarp or something down so the muddy water didn't stain up my garage; otherwise everything was really good!

Having purchased and renovated over a dozen homes over the years, I have contracted with dozens of so called plumbing contractors over the last 30 years. While some of these were legitimate large professional businesses, never once have I experienced the quality, professionalism, product knowledge and attention to detail exhibited by JMJ Plumbing, LTD. Jesse, Brent, Chris & Eric were on time, under budget, thorough and produced a clean, compact and perfect job installing my Rinnai Tankless RL75 Hot Water Heater. This installation was more efficient with the latest copper connecting technology. I will never use another plumbing contractor.

Plumber was friendly helpful, explained what was being done and showed up on time. He cleaned up before he left, all in all great experience and would highly recommend.

Quick turnaround, decent price, easy to deal with.

The came out on a Friday and gave a quote, which was the lowest. So decided to use them. Installation was scheduled for that following Monday morning between 9:30 -10:00. They were on time, which I appreciated. Didn't appear to have any problems installing the water heater. I had an older model, so they had to install a newer one. They also installed a facet in my master bathroom. They did a great job on both. Would use them again.

Sent the request for a replacement water heater on Saturday, was called within minutes by Eric and JMJ showed up Monday morning and completed job within 90 minutes. They even saw another potential problem with a solder weld unrelated to the water heater and fixed it at no charge. They were polite, professional, on-time, and cleaned up their mess. I paid about $75.00 than the next closet quote because I felt they were worth it and they hustled for the business.

Service was timely and professional. My only concern was that the guy on the phone quoted one price and the service techs tried to bill me something else. At the end of the day, the techsday did honor the price quoted over the phone. I would work with them again.

We had JMJ install a water heater that we had previously purchased. The old water heater was still working, so it wasn't a time-critical installation. They provided a competitive bid (low range of 5 bids) and were very willing to schedule the installation at a convenient time. The only issue was they were 45 minutes late without calling. Once they arrived, the installation went well and we haven't had any problems...it has been two weeks since it was installed.
