I liked this company a lot nice small family business and they are very personable.

They unclogged my sewer ejector pump. Excellent job and great price. I used JMJ before and will use them again!

I was having water pressure issues. Other plumbers thought it was a water main problem that would have cost into the thousands of dollars. JMJ changed the whole house filter instead which fixed the problem. They taught me how to change it myself the next time. They helped with some faucet leaks and a running toilet as well. They were cordial, competent and their pricing is reasonable. I will call them again with any plumbing issues.

The repair was done in a very timely fashion. There was also no mess left by the workers. The workers were very knowledgable and didn���t mind answering questions in a personable way.

I was contacted by Eric and told him what the problem was (not my 1st rodeo). I asked him what the price was and he said a flat rate of $250.00. Chris and another young guy arrived and they asked what the problem was. I asked if Eric had not filled them in? They fumbled around with that and then said, yes. I still had to explain what the problem was. They unclogged the drain in about 45 minutes. Chris said we are going to give you a break today because you are a veteran. It would normally be $100.00 more but we will only charge you $250.00 today.

Jessie arrived on time to fix my water heater. Explained what he thought it was and replace the defective part. Advised me of the progress and stayed to make sure I was getting hot water before he left. Very personable and friendly. Great response from time I submitted project -called immediately and even arrived a little early. Called before arriving and crew was very proficient. Drained tank promptly went to get new tank and was back as soon as they said they would. Installed water heater per code and great brazing of pipes. Impressed with all aspects of service.
