I am very pleased with my service. They were delayed by their previous job initially, but called several times to explain and apologize for the delay. And upon arrival were very courteous, and respectful of my home and carpet. They replaced the hot water heater in half the time estimated and I've had no trouble with it since. There were no surprise extra charges either. I will definately use them again!

Hired JMJ to install a tankless heater & do other work. Plumber quoted $600 for other work. They made major errors but offered to fix for free, so I added a few items. Plumber said quick & easy, so I figured just a bit more $$$. Came home to more errors, including a valve installed so drain cock was on supply side. Plumber said he�s never seen one! Once errors fixed, work was adequate. Final bill: $1,600, not counting heater and vent. I expected a bit more than $600, but nearly 3X that?! Eric, the owner, admitted his guy didn�t know how to quote the job but didn�t offer to cut the bill. Bottom line: expect rework and get the quote in writing.

The work was done as per plan and schedule. Fixed pricing and no chance to negotiate.

Very prompt, very professional, and very nice! An unexpected experience with my water heater going out very early on a Friday morning as I getting ready for work turned into a surprising and satisfying experience. Eric was the first of three plumbers to respond, actually within five minutes of receiving the prompt from ServiceMagic. We discussed my problem and he was able to get someone on the way to my home immediately. I was very surprised because I live completely across the city from where JMJ Plumbing is located and there was no hesitation on their part even during rush hour traffic. They were a very friendly team.

Called after hours and scheduled a visit for a broken water main the next morning at 9:00am. Eric's crew (Jesse) was here promptly at nine and fixed the problem restoring our water. JMJ Plumbing responded quickly to my request, and was on time for their appointment. They were professional from beginning to end; and they resolved our problem effectively. Plumbers always seem expensive, but JMJ was the lowest cost of the three I contacted.

Service was excellent. They were on time, cleaned up all messes, and were respectful of our home. We had several other contractors give us bids for this job but none followed up. JMJ gave us a quick quote and were out the next day to install our Rinai. It's been a very good experience and we would and have recommended them to others.

Overall, the end result was what we wanted. We had our water and sewer lines completely replaced in a timely manner. Yet, our once sloping front yard was absolutely destroyed by the grading job and now we're looking at a major project to fill in the huge holes left. In the process of replacing the sewer line, they damaged a sizeable portion of our lone large tree in the front yard and we're concerned it might not survive. The main sewer pipe running below into our basement was not properly sealed and continued to leak after they had 'completed' their work.
