They were great. The bid process was effortless and quick. The work crew showed up on time and was very efficient in installing and removing the old water heaters. They left the house exactly as they found it - no mess for us to clean up. The tankless heaters had a few glitches after they left and they came back immediately and resolved the issue. Additionally, we had a couple of other plumbing issues (a leaky tub and running toilet) that they fixed while on-premise. I think we've found a new plumber on which we can rely. The experience was great. Thanks for the reommendation. We're enjoying the tankless heaters as well.

The were very attentive to my needs. I was not satisfied with the initial temperature of the water and they sent someone back out to raise it. I love it. I look forward to the benefits I will receive . I already have more storage space since the hot water heater is no longer there. :)

Years ago a falling out with a plumbing contractor left me with an uninstalled hot water heater. I finally got around to calling several contractors, and JMJ had a reasonable price and courteous staff. Unfortunately, the guy who did the estimate miscalculated some aspects of the job, but when it came time for the installation, the owner (Eric?) was true to his original word despite the honest mistake of one of his employees. The guys finished the job on time, on budget, and didn't leave until I was satisfied and well-informed on how to operate the heater. He was absolutely the best the contractor I have used in the last ten years. He was honest, forthright, the explanations told me exactly what the problem was, the most effective way to fix the problem. His two men were gentleman, gave an estimate, did the work the next day. Extremely great to work with, they cleaned up everything. I can not say enough about their work. I had to find the leak in the plunging, no one wanted to do the work. No one could find the leak, even the builder did not help. JMJ Plumbing found the leak that was under the garage. Now everything is done correctly. They were so careful, did an excellent job. Eric called a week later, wanted to make sure that everything was running right.
