+ -1 moreJoe started with a wonderful recommendation and came with big promises of satisfaction. We gave him half up front and then he needed more money after the driveway was removed. His help cut up the paving bricks when putting the front walk back together and were 6' short of the driveway as a result of running out of material. Joe refused to finish and walked away with full payment. We had to pay another contractor to finish Joe's job. ( Our lawyer couldn't find Joe to get our money back. )
Description of Work: Asked for more money when the driveway after he had torn up the driveway. Couldn't finish the front walk over several months. Stopped half way through the job.

Description of Work: Painted a vaulted ceiling room with two tone painting and entire living room space, fixed wall repair, and patched drywall.
