David came on time and explained exactly what he would be doing. The fact that he uses a high pressure water cleaning system plus a leaf blower made the results superior to just plain blowing the roof. For this reason, he did not have to climb on my roof and possibly dislodge any shingles, etc. After cleaning each section, he rinses off any debris from windows, sills, doors, and siding. He left my home very clean. On top of this, the guy is very friendly and seems to really enjoy his work. I've used other blowing gutter cleaning services in the past but will never go back to just leaf blowing again. I would highly recommend David and iWash Power Cleaning; they're top notch in book!

Did a great job, contacted me 1st, scheduled the gutter cleaning for the following Thursday, took the extra effort to make sure everything was put back as it was. With the exception of clean gutters I would never have know they were here. Highly Recommend.
