Old story - We just had our 10-yr termite contract ended from another company & they forgot to inform us it has been over since a few months ago. Renewing with them cost a lot more plus a monthly fee of $27. New story - Patrick, the owner of Healthy Home, was so quick to send his quote for termite control/inspection with detailed explanation of what it covers. Initial cost of $790 and $150 annual renewal fee for $1M home warranty. We look forward to their annual inspection ensuring our house is termite-free. Sean, the technician, was so professional, came early and completed the treatment without delay.

Was not home at the time of this service but I do like the fact that they brush all the cobwebs off the corners and areas of my exterior house. They are always professional and will gladly return if you ever need them to return in between your regular services. They are always prompt and courteous!.

Nest was removed. I was a little surprised that the technician did not use any protective gear. I was concerned that he would get stung. However, he did remove the nest successfully and quickly. The price was lower than other quotes.

Excellent. Dwayne, the technician, was very professional, competent, gracious in interacting with my 91 year old parents, and listening to Dad's WWII stories, while going about his work. He did such a good job, limiting the treatment to exterior and basement application per our request, that we have not seen the first big bad Palmetto since Dwayne's visit. We highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them again when needed.

He was extremely thorough and found areas of concerns that he stated needed to be addressed. he gave an estimate for correcting the problems and on-going treatment to ensure no longer an issue.

Exterminating services were performed at residence for both inside and outside property. Team was very professional and thorough. I was pleased with process and the results.

I think the price is competitive. We don’t have termites. They seem to do good work. They are good, they always give us a call the day before and say, “we are coming!” Punctuality is not really an issue, because we don’t set a time for them to come. They do their work and I don’t really pay attention. I think just one guy comes out. We have had a good experience with them, they’ve done their job.

The quarterly is $85 and the annual termite is $150. We have been using them for 8 years.

Couldn't of asked for a better pest control company. They went above the normal expectations and I now will use them for all future services. They have always shown up on time and also take the time to answer questions and provide detailed explanations. They appeared and did the work but I had to request them to inspect the property. It seems they wanted to come and apply the treatment for a deal that included a contract for an annual renewal for a certain fee and the two guys seemed quite competent but I had to request that they take a look at my house and see if there was a preexisting damage or not. In that sense, I had this feeling that they were here to apply the chemical and that was going to be without my request which they responded to within the next 15 minutes. I think that if I had not that they would not have glanced at my house which as a home owner would be disturbing.

Patrick and his team have been taking care of us for over 10 years. Recently we purchased a new home which required termite bond as well as traditional pest services. Patrick worked with the sellers to take care of the termite bond and went way out of his way to make sure our new home was pest free. They are honest, trustworthy and incredibly responsive.

They come out quarterly for interior and exterior spraying unless I ask them not to do on the inside. They will come out anytime I am having a problem free of charge, which I did in the beginning and they came out multiple times until it is handled and then I haven't had any problems. I would definitely use them again.

They came out and assessed where the damage was and where the problem was and the guy seemed very thorough. They gave us a contract and showed us the areas that were treated and brought it up to code with the state of Georgia. They did a good job and left. They were very good and very responsive.

Healthy Home Termite and Pest Control worked to set up an appointment quickly and at our convenience. Curtis was waiting for me in my driveway when I pulled in. He listed to me explain that during a recent kitchen renovation, I suspected that roaches had entered our home via the many cardboard boxes in which the new cabinets came, also that we had a minor ant infestation in our kitchen. Curtis started outside by treating the periphery of the house, clearing spider webs, etc., then came back inside and spent a lot of time treating the interior of the house and attic. It has been nearly a week since Healthy Home's visit, and we have not seen another roach or ant in our home. These guys are fantastic, and they will be our regular service provider from now on! Note that they use plant-based products rather than dangerous chemical formulations. Perfect experience--thank you!!

The price was much better than some others I had contacted. Very timely in calling to make an appointment (they call me), and arrive exactly at the scheduled time, if not a few minutes early. The staff are really friendly and professional...and personable. A really great group.

I have used them for years. They are extremely friendly. They are all natural and no chemicals. The price is really good. They are really nice.
