Robert arrived promptly, very friendly and knowledgeable, removed a satellite dish and repaired the holes in house. Finding a company who actually does this type work was almost impossible to find. I will be using them again for many needs for our home.

This interchange exemplified her own deep Contracting background, as she requires the highest level of quality in the work. Thus, her contractor was not only dependable and effective, but went ‘above & beyond’, as I was unable to be onsite. Being a RE Investor for over 40 years, I’ve hired countless contractors, so having such a reliable, professional service is quite welcome while essential, yet almost impossible to engage, no less trust these days! Therefore, I certainly plan to deploy HappyHandyman in the future, plus highly recommend to my RE Investor Community. Putting my own Professional reputation on the line to make such recommendations I take entirely seriously! Just wish I could ‘clone’ them for my venues in other states!
Description of Work: Painting, electrical andInterior Painting of one room, plus caulking & replacing outlet plates. Contractor did so professionally (safeguarding my expensive real wood floors), plus undertook another three tasks not expected, yet gratis, which I majorly appreciated. Contractor purchased the paint, exact color as directed & paid for by me, but Tracy assisted his doing so at ~half the price as quoted on-line for that venue, yet another ‘above & beyond’ service. Contractor also diagnosed, then replaced a shorted complicated electrical switch to restore overhead lights’ operation in another room, via our Home Warranty (at additional $200). They multi-tasked effortlessly & uber effectively, quite relievedly. Payment was easy too, as I’m now in another state. cleanup
