+ -1 moreThey were able to help me remotely. I was pleased that they showed so much patience with me not knowing exact computer terms. They walked me through everything! Once the problem was identified, they told me the exact part to get and helped me to replace it.
Description of Work: I was having difficulty with the Smartboard in my classroom. Georgia ITC patiently walked me through some troubleshooting strategies until the problem was identified. They then told me exactly how to fix the problem. Everything is working beautifully now!

+ -1 moreDrew was the technician who responded to my query. He was a kind guy who seemed to work really quick considering the issues at hand. Also, the price was great because I was getting quotes much much higher. Overall I would recommend these guys to anyone with a computer issue!
