Awful. Project manager did not know the lead installer's name from the start which looking back is a bad sign. Two installers first day, one was experienced, the other was not. 2nd day they were 3 hrs late, did not call, I had to call the project manager. Showed up with 3 guys plus lead installer, lead installer was the only person who seemed to know what to do. Covered up 3 floor vents with flooring which had to be removed, gaps every where throughout floor, did not take water out of toliet before removing and set it on a plastic bag in the room, laid part of the floor, water in toliet leaked out and all the floor that was installed had to be removed plus the under layment. WASTED a lot of wood because had to be taken out due to improper installation. Uneven nail pattern throughout ever thing they installed. Owner agreed there were gaps and blamed it on the wood. We hired our own inspector who did a very detail inspection and showed us the problems and they are all related to the install. Owner never called, emailed or wrote and offered to fix the issues and replace wood.

This isn't the first time that i've used Final Touch Flooring Group to buy and install flooring but i feel they did a great job for me the least i can do is post a review for them. I contacted the sales person and they scheduled a free quote and again they had the best price so we scheduled the install. The installation only took a day and again looked awesome. They left behind no garbage or other used materials. We are very happy and looking forward to many years of usage.

They carpeted out Houseboat inside and out. Awesome job!!! They know what they are doing.

Final touch flooring group carpeted the house (2000 sq ) from end to end . They removed all the old carpet and padding and hauled it away in hours. The whole process from picking out the new carpet in there show room to the installation was the best. (no banged up or scrapped walls) This is the third time they have done work for me and i couldn't be happier with the price and the over all service. The best part was they gave me a quote that beat all the big box stores. The other quotes i got from competitors was full of add ons that jacked the price... None with this company.
