Description of Work: Hello All, We had a minor leak coming through our basement wall where the water feed comes through. I say minor but it did fill half a bucket every night. I had a warranty from Everdry from the time about 13 years ago when they first repaired some major and minor water issues in the basement. Initially, I did not call Everdry first but a major competitor in the Atlanta area. They said it would be a $300 charge just to come and evaluate my issue because we live about 25 miles south of Atlanta. Everdry had no problem coming down to the south side! The work just completed was explained to me and the repair was fixed and all was put back together and cleaned before they left. Description of Work: To be fair to Everdry, i did not select them because of the proposed project (for somebody needing a whole basement remedy, it may work for them, but not for my situation). This review is based on the sales process. First, they required both me and my wife to be present. They will tell you its to help them locate the root cause, but its really because they are trying to make the hard sell. After the first discussion (which had to be rescheduled due to an Everdry issue, not mine), i was told that it was one price (about $13k), but if i signed up right then and there, it would be about $10k. Didn't do it then and there. About a week later, i got a call that their "manager" wanted to come look at it. He provided no additional benefit/solution but said if we signed up right then and there, he could do it for $8k. It was a hard sell that wasn't appreciated and didn't appreciate having to inconvenience my wife (who provide ZERO input) for them to try and hard sell. Also, look at what you need. EverDry had a very thorough plan, but it was well above and beyond what i needed. I didn't know much about basement waterproofing so what they said initially sounded good, but turned out to be well above what i needed, especially considering they were $4k over all the competitors (based on the lowest, buy now price).

Description of Work: Shoddy work led to multiple repairs and refunds for faulty equipment. Flooding occurred after two of their attempts to install what turned out to be faulty pumps. The whole job was a nightmare.

Description of Work: Waterproofing for crawl space was performed. I received excellent & professional service throughout all aspects of the job description. All the work was done at the time promnised with all workers were very knowledgable, friendly, & punctual. Follow up & questions have been welcomed long after the job was completed. I would reccomend this company to anyone that suspects they may have a water issue. Do not wait till you have one.
