Every year, they come out to inspect our system and make sure everything is up-to-date and working as it should. We had our crawlspace waterproofed years ago and have not had a problem since. If we ever have a question or concern Everdry will send someone out to address it. The lifetime warranty gives us peace of mind that if we ever have any problems, theyâ ll be taken care of.

Ever dry has been a great company to work with. They waterproofed our basement 4 years ago and we haven't had any issues even when others in our neighborhood experienced flooding in their basements. Although waterproofing isn't the most fun or aesthetic upgrade for your home it's worth every penny. They also have friendly and responsive customer service.

It is two years since Ever Dry installed their waterproofing system at my home. Over this two-year period there have been many heavy rainstorms. The most recent, Hurricane Helene, dumped multiple inches of rain. My basement remains bone dry. I do recommend Ever Dry. Their people are conscientious and professional. They do great work. I would hire Ever Dry again.

My sister had foundation basement waterproofing done in 2010. I kept up her repair warranty. Beth was able to arrange an appointment for us out-of-towners even though swamped with post Hurricane Helene calls. We remained an extra day were so impressed with Jay timeliness, explanations, efficient repair, and kindness. He even noticed, on his arrival, that we were in the basement came directly to us.
