I gave 4 stars because the work is still not done because part of the issue has still not been resolved. Top notch service from Dennis Davis, the Field Manager to Devon the Leader on the job. After interviewing 3 professional waterproofing companies to repair a botched job by a contractor attempting to waterproof the crawl space under the laundry room addition he built, EverDry had the most logical approach to remedy our problem. Dennis was extremely knowledgable on all aspects of our situation and addressed every question we had. Devon walked both my husband and I through the complete job both before and after with a thorough explanation of what was to take place and was flexible regarding our specific requests. The entire crew on the job were prompt, courteous and respectful of our property, not to mention extremely patient with our very friendly dog who was eager to help join them on the job. Devon made sure our needs were accommodated by shifting their schedule to meet ours by finishing the inside work before the outside was completed so we could leave for an appointment. Everdry just completed our waterproofing project. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable about each aspect of the project. The salesman and the crew leader both gave very thorough explanations of everything that would be happening and were happy to continue answering questions until I understood everything that would be occurring. We had our home waterproofed by Everdry Waterproofing Atlanta over 3 years ago and it had to be one of the best decisions we have ever done to our home. Everytime we would get a moderate to heavy rain, our basement would fill up with water. I decided to call them and they showed me where and how the water was getting into the basement. They also showed me that I had mold and I was aware how dangerous it is to ones health. They did the work in a timely manner and during the process Randy who was the supervisor for our job would show me what he had done and explain why they did it. I felt secure that the job was being done correctly as I watched each step. Even after the job was finished, I had some concerns about water getting in through the garage door. Randy came back out and fixed the problem at no additional charge. I would recommend Everdry Atlanta to anyone having water coming into their basement.

Everdry was excellent ! We are finishing our basement as an inlaw suite and needed it done right the first time, because once you spend the money to put up walls, the last you want to do is rip them back down. Our team that came in to do the work explained everything they were going to do, asked us where we wanted things arranged and worked very quickly. In two days they had put in the system and cleaned up behind themselves. Great work guys!

The foreman did an excellent job with describing all of the work that would be completed and answering any and all questions I had during the process. The work was completed in mid August. Prior to the work completed by EverDry, as much as 40 gallons of water was coming in to my crawl space during heavy rains. There have been instances of heavy rain since the work was completed, and there has been NO water entering my crawl space. A huge relief.

We used Everdry to solve our 30 year basement apartment flooding problems. The salesman was good to explain the work that needed to be done. The workers were good to carry out the directions that of digging trenches, laying drain work outside and inside, finding and patching cracks and spaces that let water in. They also put in two sump pumps and explain how they work. They worked promptly and efficiently to get the work done. We highly recommend this company.

Everdry workers were prompt and courteous. They were able to answer any questions I had. They worked hard and finished the job quite quickly. There were a few small issues with the cleanup but the foreman got busy and made sure everything was finished to my liking by the time they left. They wanted to make sure I was happy before they left.

The staff was courteous, professional thoroughly explained what process, in a friendly manner, even played catch with my son to allow me time to think over the process. Rained 2 inches the day after they were done and no water in the basement.

The work was on an existing crawlspace foundation. They hand dug and installed waterproofing mastic (hand troweled onto the exterior wall) and installed a perimeter drainage system to both the interior and exterior wall, installed a drain pump with battery backup, sealed the exterior brick vents, and also installed an EZ Breathe ventilator, and vapor barrier on the crawlspace floor, along with installing additional floor supports to correct a settlement issue. The clearances in the crawlspace was very low and the job was very dirty but the crew handled it with a great attitude and completed the job on schedule with no additional change orders.
