We bought our home in 2010 and it recently had an extensive waterproofing operation done by Everdry. We inherited the warranty and paid it every year. Years later when the water issue in the unfinished part of the basement reared it's head again, Everdry came out and installed additional systems quickly and at no cost to us. Glad their warranty is in place and they follow through.

The process was noisy but successful. Torrential storms have occurred several times since we had our basement waterproofed , and while the pump runs almost nonstop during that time, it works perfectly.

I am happy with the service EveryDry provided. They were responsive to my concerns and quickly scheduled me for an on-site visit during the pandemic. The technician arrived on time and answered all my questions. I was happy with the services they provided.

This company was very thorough with the job of waterproofing my crawlspace. Anytime I call with a question they are readily available answer. They did a good job in my crawlspace. I would recommend using them in the future.

Everdry Waterproofing replaced my original and disintegrated tubing in the basement. The crew also installed a sump pump system and EZ Breathe system for humidity control. I'm a very satisfied customer!

Everdry has the BEST customer service! We had a crew install a drainage system in our basement. I am very particular about things that are done in my house and they were awesome!! Justin was great! He explained the process, giving us updates during the day (letting us know about the jackhammering - it was pretty loud, but they said how long it would take) and answered all of our questions. After the project was completed, they cleaned everything up. We did have an issue after the job was completed. I called and they immediately resolved the problem. Very friendly staff too. I highly recommend Everdry!

The crews that came out to install the drain system and waterproof the foundation were professional and friendly. The cleaned up after themselves when they left. Overall it was just a positive experience. I would recommend them to anyone to do the work. Great Job.

Procedure was not explained fully. As a result, there were surprises during and at the end of the process. Did not expect cure time to be 4-6 weeks or that I would have to hire an electrician to install outlets for the pumps. Person that install the Air Circulator did not ask about location for installation. The area he chose does not leave room for my entertainment system which is a major problem. Outside clean up was not very good. Problems is experienced were the result of poor communication beginning with sales to completion.

The work performed was exactly what was explained a bit messy and the crew didn't completely clean as they should have. :) At the end of the day I would recommend them family and friends.

Make sure you really need these services before calling the waterproofing folks. They will hardsell you quickly. I wish I called roto rooter first to determine I had broken sewer line vs ground water seepage. What could of been a $1,500 project turned into $15,000 project. And I still need to do the $1,500 project as well.
