This company waterproofed my basement last year. Initially the concrete wasnâ t leveled properly so I had to call them back to re-do it but thatâ s ainâ about it. The alarm on the water system may go off some times but thatâ s it. Great company. I would recommend them to anyone.

I love this company! We had cracks in our foundation that were leaking water into our basement and a very knowledgeable man came out and showed us a detailed presentation of what was happening to our foundation and what was going to happen if it was not fixed, especially because we live on a steep hill. They dug all around our house to seal it and they installed a dehumidifier machine that runs 24/7 and is replaced if ever needed through their warranty. We had this work done 5 years ago and have had no more leakage and the machine still runs perfectly. The best part is that for just $75/year, their warranty guarantees any further problems that could develop and it is even transferable to the next owner of the house. We are so happy we had this done.
