I had previously had my crawlspace encapsulated by a leading company. My crawlspace was waterproofed many years ago. However I had water coming into my playroom which was carpeted. Called both the original waterproofed and the company that encapsulated my crawl space. I got two different causes so called the encapsulation company. They sent someone else out and a third cause was given. I then contacted every. They came out and it turned out that the original waterproofing was fine. The water was coming from the dehumidifier that the encapsulating company had put in the crawl space. I have not had any problems since and no longer needed the dehumidifier as they have a different method for that. It has been several years and no problems. I had this company waterproof the outside of the house. Again no problems.

We had our system installed in August 2021, and overall, our experience with Everydry has been positive. While it took multiple visits to address our issue (hopefully no more will be needed), Everydry remained committed to making things right. They didnâ t leave us hanging, even when it required extra time and effort. Additionally, their annual renewable master service warranty, which covers both old and new water problems and is transferable to new homeowners, is a significant advantage.

We have had a great experience with Everdry! The previous owners of our house had the services done, so we have kept the warranty going. We had a few scary moments when there was excessive rain and the pond next door to us overflowed, but we never had to worry because we were protected by Everdry. There has only been one issue (that they found during the yearly inspection), and they took care of it right away. I would highly recommend Everdry for waterproofing!

You wonâ t regret working with Everdry. Itâ s rare in these days that you find a company that will do great work and stand behind their work the way they do. I have an old house with a basement that is just made for water issues. They fixed the issue, the system was completely dry for two years, but during some recent extremely heavy rains I had a small leak pop up. They came back and made modifications so the system could handle even those heaviest rains. Free of charge and no issues since. Like I said, they stand behind their work and all their employees are great to work with on fixing any problems.

The maintenance plan is worth the money and gives you a peace of mind. I would recommend people give Ever Dry a call for your basement issues no matter how big or small. I had other companies give us estimates however they were only interested in selling the highest plan which really turned us against them.
