Everdry Waterproofing

We were pleased with the communication regarding all aspects of the project. They explained as they went and addressed all concerns and differences in my understanding of the project. I am comfortable with the work as completed and feel good about their warranty coverage.

They explained all aspects of the project in terms that were completely understandable. The workers did a very thorough job, but completed it quite quickly. I'm waiting on a big rain now to see how well the job will really hold up. I had the Easy Breath installed at the same time and they did a great job on this too.

They all did a great job.

Everdry returned to the house a number of time to fix the issues that were identified as problem from the initial work. At this point the basement is dry and we should soon be able to work to make it a nice place to live/work. We are pleased with the attention we received from Everdry to make things right.

From Aaron who was my sales rep to Frank who was Team leader it was a good experience. They were professional and easy to talk to. The guys that did the work with Frank were friendly and I felt comfortable having them in my home. Keep up the good work...CY

Most everything was done well. Wasn't happy with the first tech that didn't have the right parts. He was supposed to install the air breathe system in the basement. He said he would go to his truck and re-schedule and then left. We had the job completed by the second tech that did all of the digging and concrete work. I have noticed some mold still on the beams. The salesman Larry said they woudl treat all of the mold spores in the basment. I will have to call them back I guess.

Everdry assisted me and worked with me to complete the job to my satisfaction.
