+ -1 moreWe started using them since 1995 in our old house. It is a small family-owned business. We have been using them for a long time and they have been doing a great job for other too. They are really easy to communicate with and they come on time when there are emergencies.

+ -1 moreThese are the only people in the Chattanooga area that work on solar hot water heaters. I've almost got to use them. They're always on time. They're courteous and they clean up behind themselves.
Description of Work: I've used Eastridge Plumbing for years. It's been probably a year and half to two years since I last used them. He replaced the motor on a solar hot water heater

+ -1 moreWe've had several interactions with them but the last time was December or January. They are wonderful. They come here and take care of it. They clean up after themselves. They are timely and expeditious. I can't say enough about them. I love to use them every time I need plumbing work done. They are a very good company. Once you find good providers you don't look for any others.

+ -1 moreOver all it went very well. They responded quickly to my call, came very punctually and assessed the problem and effected the repair/replacement in a timely manner. Both Johnny as well as Beverly Eastridge are polite and honest. They take their work seriously and I feel that they are trustworthy. I WILL call them again in the future.
Description of Work: I called Eastridge Plumbing and Johnny Eastridge came in response to a non functioning garbage disposal. Mr. Eastridge checked the disposal, considered repair options (there were none) and determined that replacement was necessary. He did so quickly and efficiently and the price was quite reasonable. Mr. Eastridge was courteous and efficient. When calling Eastridge Plumbing I dealt with Beverly and she was also quite courteous and helpful.
